GF Maple Pie

Ingredients

C GF Graham Crumbs (e.g. PaneRiso Graham Crumbs)
2 T Sugar
5 T Vegan Margarine (melted)
2 C
Oat Milk

Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 T
Corn Starch
3 T Fake maple syrup
 ½  C Brown Sugar
¼ C GF Flour
1 T Vegan Margarine (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F
  2. Combine crumbs and sugar
  3. Mix in melted margarine until evenly distributed
  4. Press mixture into pie pan (including sides) and bake for 8 minutes
  5. When done remove, and allow to cool, but leave oven at 325 °F
  6. Combine brown sugar, flour, and butter until evenly distributed
  7. Whisk together oat milk, eggs, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla
  8. Pour into prepared crust
  9. Sprinkle topping over pie
  10. Bake for 30 minutes (should just barely wobble)
  11. Allow to cool to room temperature (approx 4 hours)
