Ingredients

Egg yolks
1 T Lemon Juice
½ C Vegan (non-dairy) Margarine (melted)

Instructions

  1. Set up double boiler and get water boiling
  2. Whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice
  3. Place bowl with yolks in double boiler and whisk until about 120°F
  4. Remove from heat and slowly whisk in melted margarine
  5. Return to double boiler and whisk until warmed to 120°F
