Instructions
Set up double boiler and get water boiling
Whisk together egg yolks and lemon juice
Place bowl with yolks in double boiler and whisk until about 120°F
Remove from heat and slowly whisk in melted margarine
Return to double boiler and whisk until warmed to 120°F
